9月1日舉行新學年開學禮暨開學祈禱會，全校師生齊聚一堂，在天主的愛與恩寵中，以莊嚴而充滿希望的儀式共同開啟全新的學習旅程。

開學禮首先由校監葉泰浩主持祈禱會，帶領全體師生虔誠祈禱，祈求天主賜予智慧與平安，為新學期奠定堅實的信仰根基。隨後，小學部分由何家輝神父進行講道分享，深入闡釋本學年的核心主題——「以心聆聽、以智明辨、科技賦能、踐行關愛」，鼓勵同學們在日常生活中用心傾聽、明辨是非，並善用科技將愛落實於校園與社會。

梁樹榮校長亦致辭，勉勵小學同學在追求學問之餘，更要保持一顆向善的心，擇善固執、關愛他人。同時，向師生介紹學校引入 AI 設施設備，致力透過現代化智慧科技優化學習環境，提升教學效能與學習環境。至於中學部，則於中四年級新設「微電子科學與人工智能應用科技」課程，鼓勵中學生勇敢迎向新時代，立定志向，不斷超越自我。在新學年，學校亦熱烈歡迎新老師及職工加入這個充滿愛與熱忱的教育大家庭，並期許新血液的注入能帶來更多元優質的教學力量，攜手陪伴學生健康成長。

典禮最後在師生熱烈的掌聲中圓滿結束，全校將抱持向善與創新的精神，攜手迎向充滿希望的新學年。

On 1st September, Instituto Salesiano held its Opening Ceremony and Prayer Service for the new academic year. Teachers and students gathered to embark on a brand-new learning journey surrounded by God’s love and grace through a solemn and hope-filled ceremony.

The ceremony commenced with a prayer service officiated by the School Supervisor, Fr. Martin IP Tai Ho, SDB, who led all teachers and students in devout prayer for God’s wisdom and peace, laying a solid foundation of faith for the new school year. Following the service, Fr. Albert HO Ka Fai, SDB, delivered a homily to the Primary Section. He elaborated on this academic year’s core theme: "Listen Mindfully, Discern Wisely, Empower and Humanize Technology with Love," encouraging students to listen attentively in their daily lives, discern right from wrong, and leverage technology to put love into action both on campus and in society.

Principal Leong Su Weng also delivered an address, encouraging primary students to maintain a heart for goodness, hold fast to doing what is right, and care for others while pursuing academic knowledge. He also introduced the newly implemented AI facilities and equipment, highlighting the commitment to optimizing the learning environment and enhancing teaching effectiveness through modern smart technology. For the Secondary Section, a new subject titled "Programme in Microelectronics Science and Applied Artificial Intelligence Technology" has been launched for Form 4 students, inspiring them to courageously embrace the new era, set clear goals, and continuously strive for self-transcendence.

In the new academic year, the school also warmly welcomed new teachers and staff to this educational family filled with love and enthusiasm, expressing hopes that this fresh influx of talent will bring more diverse and high-quality educational strength, working together to accompany and support students in growing healthily.

The ceremony concluded amidst enthusiastic applause from teachers and students. Guided by the spirit of goodness and innovation, the entire school will work hand in hand towards a promising new academic year.
