Our school held the P5 & P6 English Drama Contest as a key event of this year’s Step Up with English Activities, aiming to enhance students’ interest in English and strengthen their language skills.
After months of preparation under the guidance of their teachers, students chose scripts based on Bosco’s life stories, popular movies, and well-known tales, all conveying positive messages. Teachers supported them in revising the scripts, guiding character development, and filming and editing the drama videos.
All classes submitted impressive video productions, which were evaluated by English teachers and senior educators. Ultimately, three classes were selected as winners and received awards on stage last week: P6A (UP), P6C (The Dream at 9 Years of Age), and P6D (Father Bosco and the Brave Dog).
Last week, the three winning classes also performed their plays on stage during lunchtime, bringing even more joy to the campus. The contest provided a valuable platform for students to showcase their talents, fostered teamwork, strengthened teacher-student collaboration, and created precious memories for all participants.
